We consult and directly run acquisitions on six utility scale ( > 1,000 acres) projects throughout California as well as partnering with some of the largest landowners to ensure they are aligning their assets to be used for the highest and best use for the next 20 years. We have also worked on and brought D2C and behind the meter projects for multiple clients.

In the Central Valley, we have put together utility scale projects ranging from 3,000 acre to 14,000 acres and all are either operational, in late stages of planning, or have active que positions as well as other CAISO requirements.​​ Currently, we have consulted and ran acquisitions on the largest developed solar farm in California that is 50% operational and being finished in May 2025.​
